The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) is designed to provide low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Eligible seniors will receive five $10.00 vouchers to use at local farmers markets. That’s a total of $50.00! Qualifying couples can each receive the vouchers for a total of $100.00. Seniors can only receive the benefit one time each program year.
If you are age 60 or older by December 31 of 2024, have an income less than $27,861.00 a year for one-person, or less than $37,814.00 for a couple, you are eligible. All you need to do is provide proof of age and residency at the time of registration. Persons who reside in a nursing home, personal care home, domiciliary care home, or convent are not eligible.

Mail-in applications will be processed after July 1st. As a result, if you mail your application, you will not receive your vouchers until after July 1st. All mail-in applications must be received by September 13, 2024. Mail your completed application to:
