Q. How long have you been at WCSI?

4 years and 3 months

Q. What is your favorite part of your job?

Getting to know and help people and helping infants and toddlers grow and learn

Q. What is your favorite thing or favorite memory about WCSI?

I enjoy working with an amazing team that is not afraid to help each other when something comes up. Someone is always willing to help.

Q. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A preschool teacher

Q. What was your first job ever?

In high school I was a manger at McDonalds

Q. What lead to you working in this field?

My son had development delays and watching him grow and thrive with the help of the EI program inspired me to work in the field.

Q. What’s the best advice you can give to someone who is just starting out in your field?

You need to have compassion for others and be very organized. Don’t be afraid to questions because you will constantly be learning something new.

Q. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with my family. I have three sons who keep me very busy.

Q. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn how to remodel homes. I love to DIY.

Q. What is your “happy place”?

My happy place is spending time with my sons and watching them live their best life.
