WCSI Admissions Unit
Our Admissions Team is comprised of Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals who meet with individuals and family members (based on age) to assess what services he or she needs and are eligible to receive. Admission services are offered at all WCSI locations and we serve all residents of Westmoreland County.
The WCSI Admissions Team provides a thorough and personal assessment, reviews any available records and information, and helps the individual to obtain community behavioral health services. The Admissions Team assesses the need for individual case management or services and facilitate the necessary need for referrals.
Inquiries regarding Admission services can be made by telephone or in person. To make an appointment for WCSI Services through our Greensburg or New Kensington sites, contact the WCSI Admissions Unit by calling (724) 837-1808. You may also walk in at the Greensburg or New Kensington site to schedule an Admissions appointment. WCSI prefers Admissions to be done in person but, if necessary, can be done over the phone.
In an ongoing attempt to improve our services, the Admissions team offers client satisfaction surveys to all clients completing an admission with WCSI.
