WHAT IS THE CHILD AND FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER?

We offer support to your family in finding the right path for your child’s behavioral health needs. We do this by providing education on available services and community resources.

Service Navigators are available to all Westmoreland County families seeking to access behavioral health services, such as Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Residential Treatment Services, etc. This service is also suited for families entering the children’s behavioral health service system who need assistance to identify and initiate services and supports to meet their child and family needs. Service Navigators are employed by Westmoreland Case Management & Supports (WCSI). Navigation services can be delivered telephonically or in person. Navigation services are voluntary, time-limited, at no cost to families. Let us help you connect to resources.

INDIVIDUAL PLANNING MEETINGS

If you feel your child needs a more coordinated and planned approach to treatment services, your family may benefit from an Individual Planning Meeting. Individual Planning Meetings bring together team members of your choosing to problem-solve, offer support and set goals unique to your child. They are voluntary and scheduled at your convenience. To request an Individual planning meeting contact the Child and Family Resource Center and a Service Navigator can assist you.

You can reach a Service Navigator Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM by calling:
