National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month takes place during the entire month of January; however, Thursday, January 11, 2024 is National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. This day and month aim to raise awareness of this horrific injustice that affects people of all races and backgrounds and knows no geographic boundaries.
