Please review the following information from the Department of Human Services, Westmoreland County Assistance Office:

Liheap 2024-2025

Cash & crisis begins 11/04/24. Households may complete a paper application or apply on COMPASS.
Pre-season applications or Compass postcards are being mailed to households that received last year. The paper applications are bar-coded and can only be used for the household to whom it was mailed. Please do not copy and distribute the pre-season applications (any received by someone who did not get a preseason application cannot be processed).
